Dimal Patel completed NSPCC Learning’s Introduction to safeguarding and child protection on 15 February 2026. The certificate of achievement carries CPD certification. This is evidence of completing an introductory learning course, not a claim of NSPCC endorsement or an independently audited safeguarding system.

Data protection

Business records include an ICO payment confirmation dated 3 February 2026 (reference ZC087034). Registration alone does not certify UK GDPR compliance. Current status can be checked with the ICO. Read our privacy notice and complaints policy.

Training, preparation and professional policies

Independent Funeral Celebrant Training has been completed with the Celebrant Coaching and Training Academy. Safeguarding awareness, confidentiality and careful ceremony preparation form part of the professional approach.

Data protection: The privacy notice explains how enquiry and ceremony information is collected, used and shared. ICO registration alone does not certify UK GDPR compliance; relevant procedures and service-provider arrangements are kept under review.

Risk assessments: Relevant risk assessment documents can be discussed and supplied to funeral directors or venues where appropriate.

Insurance: Details of the applicable insurance policy, cover limits and validity dates are available on request, so professional partners can check the current documentation before a referral is confirmed.
