Local, thoughtful support

I support families in Blackpool, Bispham, Cleveleys, Thornton and Fleetwood. For families across the coast, a farewell may take place at a crematorium, burial ground or a separate gathering venue. I can help weave together memories of a life lived locally, without assuming every family wants the same format. I am based in the Preston area and work across Lancashire by arrangement; this is a service area, not a local branch or office.

How we can create the ceremony

We begin with a calm conversation about the person who has died, their personality and the memories that matter most. I then prepare a tailored ceremony, discuss readings and music, and coordinate practical details with your funeral director and chosen venue. Family contributions are welcome, and there is no expectation that you must know exactly what you want at the outset.

Types of farewell

I can support a funeral or celebration of life, a graveside farewell, a memorial following direct cremation or a non-religious or culturally sensitive ceremony. For Hindu funerals, I can help with personal tributes and coordination while a pandit leads rites that require religious authority.

Fees and practical arrangements

My standard celebrant fee is £250. Any travel or additional arrangements, if applicable, will be explained and agreed before confirmation. Availability and suitability depend on the ceremony date, venue and practical arrangements.

Questions families often ask

Can we arrange a memorial after direct cremation? Yes, a separate gathering can be planned at a time and place that suits the family.
